Job Description:

MGT is partnering with our Client to identify a strong professional to support registrar operations and student systems, with a focus on student records, enrollment, and SIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage student records, enrollment, grading, and transcripts Maintain and update Ellucian Colleague and Workday Student Support registration, advising coordination, and academic tracking Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and FERPA adherence Partner with financial aid, advising, and student finance teams Generate reports and support data audits Troubleshoot system issues and support process improvements Provide support to students, faculty, and staff on records-related inquiries

Required:

3+ years in a Registrar's Office or student records environment Hands-on experience with Ellucian Colleague Working knowledge of Workday Student Strong understanding of enrollment, transcripts, grading, and records compliance Experience with SIS / Higher Education systems

Preferred:
