• Lead and direct the domestic and offshore mutual fund and money market fund business as the primary subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance to the Advisory Sales Desk, advisory program teams, Service Group, CIO, Advanced Planning, and other internal stakeholders.
• Drive the resolution ofplex trading and operational challenges
• Foster strong relationships with internal partners, fundpanies, and the field.
• Strategically manage relationships with over 450 mutual fund providers, partnering with Legal to manage the contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation and execution of distribution agreement
• Develop and maintain marketing, disclosure, training, and educational materials, including managing internal and public content.
• Identify opportunities to increase product awareness among Financial Advisors and clients and explore new product offerings with fund partners to support business growth and CIO alignment.
• Manage a suite of projects to enhance operational efficiency, improve the FA and client experience, and unlock revenue and cost saving opportunities.
• e and cultivate key partnerships across the firm to develop deep expertise in platforms and product offerings, epassing both traditional and non-traditional assets.
• Monitor and analyze legislative, regulatory, and industry developments and lead the implementation of enhancements in collaboration with the Public Policy Office and internal control partners.

Your team This role resides in the Investment Products Group, a subset of Advisory and Investment Products within UBS Wealth Management Americas located in Weehawken, New Jersey. You will report to the Lead Program Manager of Mutual Funds. Your expertise

• Ideally 5+ years experience in the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on investment products and/or program management.
• Deep andprehensive knowledge of mutual funds and money market funds, including market trends, regulatory landscapes, and investment strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in investment product management, epassing the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and ongoing management, with a focus on innovation and market differentiation.
• Proven capability inplex contract management, including negotiation, execution,pliance, and optimization of financial and legal agreements.
• Exceptional ability to manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and FAs/clients to drive business growth and foster collaboration.
• Outstandingmunication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proven record of thriving in fast-paced environments and navigatingplex challenges effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for clearly and persuasively articulatingplex financial information and building strong relationships.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred; Bachelor's degree required, with an MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and big data aggregation and analysis
