Schedule Full-time Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Responsibilities will Include Manage and optimize the daily, weekly, and future schedules to ensure maximum productivity Monitor schedules continuously and fill openings created by cancellations or changes in real time Confirm upcoming appointments Collect and verify accurate new patient information, ensuring all required details are complete prior to appointments Follow up on referrals and pending new patient leads in a timely manner to support practice growth Identify gaps in the schedule and take initiative to fill them using available tools and patient lists Maintain a balance of procedures to support clinical efficiency and provider productivity Communicate clearly with patients regarding scheduling needs, changes, and expectations Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them before they impact operations Track and follow office scheduling protocols, systems, and performance expectations Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment Qualifications 1+ years of ortho/dental front office experience is preferred Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Kind, Caring, Positive Demeanor is a MUST!
