POSITION PURPOSE
The Scheduler position is responsible for interacting with patients and visitors in the medical office and managing administrative tasks for the medical team.
MINIMUM MANDATORY

Experience:
No previous experience required.
Education:
High school diploma or GED High School Equivalency Test.
Mandatory Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications:
Possess a strong professional, personable, and motivational personality that builds strong relationships with patients. Applications include Microsoft Word and Outlook and familiarity with electronic health record systems. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with practice leadership, physicians, advanced practitioners, colleagues, and other Holy Cross Medical Center (HCMC) and Taos Professional Services (TPS) team members. Preferred qualifications One (1) year experience in the medical field. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. One (1) year patient registration experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
