Job Description:
ScaleWRX is hiring a Production Planner / Scheduler ScaleWRX designs, manufactures, and installs data center containment solutions across the U.S.-and we're growing fast. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Production Planner / Scheduler who can take ownership of our production schedule and help drive efficiency across the shop floor. This is a high-impact role where you'll be at the center of operations-balancing priorities, solving problems in real time, and ensuring production stays on track. What you'll do:
  • Own and manage the production schedule (daily, weekly, and long-range)
  • Align production with project timelines, material availability, and labor capacity
  • Partner closely with operations, procurement, and project teams to keep work flowing
  • Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules proactively
  • Drive accountability and visibility across the production team
  • Continuously improve scheduling processes, systems, and workflows What we're looking for:
  • 3-7+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or operations (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, capacity planning, and lead times
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator who can coordinate across teams and push projects forward
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working within ERP/MRP systems Bonus if you have:
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication environments
  • Familiarity with tools like monday.com, MRPeasy, or similar ERP systems
