The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to work as an expeditor. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to obtaining; DOT Permit Expediting Full/partial lane and sidewalk closures Occupation of roadway/sidewalk permits Tree pits and sidewalk replacement and vault repair permits Construction Equipment use permit Construction Trailers, Boom Truck, Fork lift, Excavator, Compressors DEP Permit Expediting FDNY Permit Expediting Required skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work assignments Excellent written/verbal communication skills Limited experience accepted, willing to train candidates Training will be provided for DOB related items, if candidate isn't familiar
