National Fuel is currently seeking an Operations Training Coordinator for an outstanding career opportunity in the Mechanical department located at our Operations hub in West Seneca, NY. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct performance evaluations for both NFG employees and NFG contractors as it relates to NFG's Operator Qualification Program Development of testing equipment & materials Responsible for identifying, editing, and updating exam questions as needed to remain compliant with the NFG OQ Written Plan Perform field assessments and provide support/feedback to local field supervisors and managers Setup/break down testing materials & stations and general support for field activities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree with supervisory and/or field experience Willing to become fully operator qualified to NFG's OQ Program Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to present questions in a logical and concise manner Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to work both in field and office settings to gain thorough knowledge of the Operations Dept Ability to travel to remote operating offices as needed with occasional overnight stays out of town
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in an operational capacity with related qualifications within the natural gas industry

PA. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary range for this position is $62,500 - $67,000. This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
