Job Description

The Scheduler's primary responsibilities are to input and maintain accurate nursing department schedule and assist to fulfill nursing scheduling needs on a daily basis. The Scheduler works with the Regional Scheduler and the Payroll department to ensure all nursing personnel are accurately scheduled within the electronic scheduling software applications and payroll applications.
Responsibilities:
Enters and updates computer data information for inter-and-Intra department use. Maintains computerized nursing department staffing schedule and updates as necessary. Ensures accurate communication of information to Assigned Supervisor and Corporate Payroll Administrator's office for payment of employee benefit time. Processes, monitors, and tracks all nursing requests for benefit time

Qualifications:
High School diploma or
GED/TASC
required. Education or experience in long term care preferred.
