Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Scheduler / Transportation Coordinator to join a growing healthcare organization committed to providing exceptional care and service. This position is responsible for coordinating staff schedules, arranging transportation, assisting with medical records functions, and supporting daily administrative operations within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate employee schedules, staffing coverage, and schedule changes. Arrange and track transportation for appointments and treatments. Assist with maintaining medical records and ensuring documentation is complete and organized. Maintain logs, reports, and departmental records. Communicate effectively with individuals, families, staff, providers, and transportation vendors. Assist with administrative tasks, audits, and special projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Previous experience in scheduling, transportation coordination, medical records, or administrative support preferred. Experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or related setting preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
