Job Description

Overview We're seeking an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our glass and glazing company, supporting both reception and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and provides strong customer service. As the first point of contact for callers and visitors, you'll help create a welcoming experience while keeping office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately Perform data entry and maintain accurate, organized records for new and existing customers and orders Assist with over-the-counter sales and provide support to walk-in customers Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and purchase orders Track incoming orders and help maintain the company-wide delivery schedule Communicate with vendors regarding new and existing orders, follow-ups, and updates Assist with general office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) Prior administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred Sales experience or customer-facing experience is a plus Join us as an Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our organization while supporting vital operational functions.
