Shift:
3: 00 PM- 11: 30 PM Hospital Setting | Nursing Staff Office We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Patient Scheduler to support the Nursing Staff Office at a large acute care hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY. Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the nursing scheduling system
- Assist with maintaining day-to-day staffing office operations
- Coordinate and update nursing schedules accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with nursing staff and hospital departments regarding scheduling needs
- Maintain organized staffing and scheduling records
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Utilize Microsoft applications and standard office equipment Requirements
- One year of college OR specialized post-high-school training in computer/secretarial skills
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative, secretarial, scheduling, or computer experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and office equipment
