Operations Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support the daily functions of our Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including policy processing and documentation Support account managers and producers with administrative needs Review and maintain client records for accuracy and compliance Prepare reports, track workflows, and help improve operational efficiency Respond to internal and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or insurance-related role Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
