Schenectady, NY What's the Job? Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires, contractors, and program participants to ensure a seamless experience. Support systems access setup, equipment procurement, and technical support for new team members. Plan and organize orientation sessions, onboarding events, and related learning activities, including logistics and stakeholder communication. Assist with early-career program support, including onboarding, rotation administration, and participant tracking. Support training logistics for workshops, seminars, and other learning initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and resource availability. What's Needed? Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience supporting onboarding, event planning, or program operations preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
