Job Description

Are you an order management expert looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in driving supply chain workflow, managing every step of the order lifecycle from entry to delivery. To hit the ground running, prior experience with
ERP / CRM
software and EDI workflows is essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or supply chain administration.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce). Direct experience working with EDI workflows a plus.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Responsibilities Customer Order Processing:
Managed high-volume order fulfillment with speed and accuracy.
Omnichannel Support:
Addressed customer inquiries via phone, email, and web portals to ensure rapid resolution.
Lifecycle Management:
Directed the order fulfillment pipeline from entry through delivery.
Returns Coordination:
Processed customer returns and credits efficiently while upholding company policies.
ERP Administration:
Maintained and updated critical logistics and client data within the ERP system. Skills Order Processing (2 years of experience is required)Customer Service
