ABA Center Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a Center Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our Beachwood ABA center. This critical role is the central point of contact for scheduling, client intake, front-desk management, and daily operational support. You'll ensure that every day runs like clockwork—freeing up our clinical team to focus on delivering world-class therapy. This is a non-clinical role ideal for someone with outstanding logistics skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building systems that support clinical excellence. This is a full time position at our center in Beachwood, OH. Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15pm Amazing Benefits! Responsibilities:

Master Scheduling & Capacity Management Client Intake & Onboarding Front Desk Operations & Hospitality Policy Adherence & Staff Support Admin, Facilities & Reporting Support Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required. A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a scheduling, administrative, or reception role, preferably within a healthcare or educational setting. Demonstrated expertise in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) and digital scheduling platforms. High proficiency in the Microsoft Office or Google Workspace suite.
