What you will do Build the plan: Create routine service calendars, overhaul timelines, and statutory inspection schedules.

Coordinate execution:

Align labor, materials, and contractors; manage work to cost, time, and quality targets; track progress against plant priorities.

Drive insights:

Analyze completed work and maintenance KPIs; identify out‑of‑cycle events; keep equipment histories current; recommend planning improvements.

Ensure compliance:

Uphold maintenance policies, procedures, and regulations; organize records and correspondence; present clear, visual reports to stakeholders.

Support the floor:

Assist with troubleshooting, urgent repairs, and preventive tasks; manage multi‑use components (motors, pumps, etc.) with accurate tagging and traceability; execute assigned project tasks following established procedures.

Partner and communicate:

Resolve complex internal customer inquiries about maintenance processes; support internal communication systems; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance reliability. Engineering Experience:

5 years working with maintenance procedures or systems

Knowledge:
