We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental office settings and possess knowledge of dental scheduling systems.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage patient scheduling for dental appointments
• Utilize dental scheduling systems such as Dentrix to input and update appointments
• Provide administrative support to dental staff in scheduling procedures and treatments
• Ensure accurate entry of patient information and dental records
• Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions
• Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of patient appointments throughout the clinic

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office setting
• Proficiency in dental terminology and understanding of clinic operations
• Familiarity with medical scheduling systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff professionally We are a fast growing General Dental Office that specializes in IV Sedation, Surgeries, Implants, Implant Crowns, CT Scans and other aspects of general dentistry.

We are looking for the right person to join our team that has a minimum of 1 year of front desk dental experience. We are in need of someone with a great personality, loves to smile, hard working, great phone skills and can multi-task. We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of the functions of a dental front office. This position will primarily be devoted to reviewing the schedule and submitting pre-authorizations but will also help with patient check in/out, answering phones, handling incoming referrals, scheduling.
