Duties:

Providing admin support to the General Manager (Operations), President and Office Manager Monitor inventory supplies for the warehouse to ensure adequate stock of consumable inventory. Source parts/equipment for field jobs. Prepare daily job site packets and create job site plans with the appropriate information. Keeping track of all company vehicles for required maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish and English Competent with Outlook, Excel, and Word Punctual Detail Oriented Able to multi task and prioritize for efficiency

PAY RATE

- $25 - $30 per hour D.O.E.
