Job Description

Complex Procedure Scheduler - Interventional Pain Management Join Our Team at Pain Zero, LLC Pain Zero, LLC is transforming interventional pain management through advanced treatments, innovative technology, and a deeply patient‑centered approach. We are seeking an experienced Complex Procedure Scheduler who thrives in a structured, fast‑moving clinical environment and can confidently manage detailed scheduling workflows across multiple locations. If you excel at staying organized, maintaining accuracy under pressure, and keeping complex logistics running smoothly, this role is built for you. What You'll Do Own and manage the full scheduling process for advanced interventional pain procedures with precision and consistency. Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) to coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, and ensure data accuracy. Partner closely with physicians, clinical teams, and prior authorization staff to confirm procedure details and pre‑operative requirements. Coordinate scheduling across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and minimal patient disruption. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support the insurance authorization process. Serve as a central communication hub for patients, providers, and internal teams, guiding each case from scheduling to completion. Procedures You'll Schedule Interventional pain management procedures, including: Epidural Steroid Injections (lumbar, cervical, thoracic) Facet Joint Injections and Medial Branch Blocks Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) trials and implants Nerve Blocks (sympathetic, occipital, trigeminal, and more) Kyphoplasty and Vertebroplasty Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems (pain pumps)
Peripheral Nerve Stimulation What We're Looking For Required:
Experience scheduling complex procedures in interventional pain management, ambulatory surgery centers, or hospital settings.
Required:
Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (eCW). Strong understanding of insurance authorization workflows and compliance requirements. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to stay focused, prioritize effectively, and follow structured processes. A proactive communicator who collaborates well with both clinical and administrative teams.
