Out team focuses on streamlined daily operations to consistently provide fast, high-quality service our community relies on. Summary Jones Roll-Off Containers, Inc. is growing! We are seeking an organized Office Assistant to help support our daily business operations. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, keeping our administrative tasks on track and helping us deliver excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule dumpster deliveries and pick ups. Keep precise, up-to-date records of all customer files and work orders. Perform office management tasks and date entry via Google Suite and QuickBooks. Assist team members with various clerical duties to keep the office running efficiently. Organize office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace Requirements Previous experience managing administrative duties in an office setting. Proven ability to multitask and manage your schedule effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, though not mandatory. Friendly, professional communication style when assisting clients. Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to workflow.
