This role works closely with the Operations Coordinator and plant leadership to maintain accurate records, support reporting needs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Scan, file, and maintain electronic and physical documents Track inventory levels and finished goods accurately Perform data entry and maintain reports for operational programs Support shipment documentation and complete ASN records promptly Assist with administrative support for daily plant operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong recordkeeping skills
