Oral Surgery Scheduling Coordinator (Immediate Opening)

Pay:

$18-$22/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy oral surgery practice in Pickerington. This role is essential in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care from the moment they schedule their appointment.

What We're Looking For:

Previous front desk or scheduling experience in a medical, dental, or oral surgery office Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and organized Comfortable communicating with patients, referring offices, and clinical staff Knowledge of insurance and treatment coordination is a plus

Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently Answer phones and assist patients with questions Coordinate with surgical staff, implant coordinators, and the office team Verify patient information and help prepare accurate charts Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient
