Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00
PM Position:
Full-Time, Hourly Position Overview The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and helping ensure our clients receive reliable, consistent care. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Schedule caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, experience, and client needs Communicate with caregivers regarding available shifts and schedule changes Respond to client and caregiver scheduling needs in a timely and professional manner Monitor schedules and work to fill open shifts and prevent gaps in coverage Handle call-offs and find appropriate coverage Maintain accurate scheduling records and caregiver availability Follow up with caregivers regarding availability and assignments Communicate schedule changes to clients, caregivers, and office staff Answer phones and assist with general office needs as needed Work closely with the office team to provide excellent client and caregiver support Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information Qualifications Previous scheduling, office, healthcare, home care, or customer service experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with clients, caregivers, and family members Ability to remain calm and professional when handling last-minute changes or call-offs Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently Must be comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment What We Offer Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule IRA with company match up to 3% Life insurance, short-term disability, and accident insurance options Paid Time Off with rolling accrual Paid holidays Join Our Team If you are organized, dependable, enjoy helping people, and are looking for a Monday-Friday office position where your work directly impacts the quality of care our clients receive, we would love to hear from you!
