OFFICE WORKER

We are seeking an Office Worker to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Construction Office Worker is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as handling phone calls, greeting clients and updating records. MUST have experience in Quickbooks. MUST be able to multitask. Experience with digital marketing a plus. Salary based on experience. Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other documents Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Perform all other office tasks Help inventory and maintain warehouse Assist Production Manager in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization Assist the front desk/reception operations as needed Opportunity will exist to move into project estimation and management role

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills Must be able to move 50 lbs, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time Forklift experience a plus

Pay:

$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
