• 12 Months Job description Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules following best project management practices.

Track, analyze, and report project information to support project teams and weekly reporting. Ensure accuracy of project schedules, perform version control, identify potential schedule delays, and facilitate timely interventions. Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to maintain control and project integrity. Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, review forecasts, and assess progress to date. Recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Maintain and manage the project risk register to minimize impacts on schedule, scope, and budget. Track schedule baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans. Coordinate across cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and support the Project Manager in resolving issues. Skills 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC. Advanced use of MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling tools. Intermediate proficiency in EcoSys, Oracle or other ERP systems. Proficiency with construction tools such as Procore. A plus if you have a deep understanding of modular and prefabricated construction methods, industrial scale piping and power systems, and complex manufacturing workflows. Education Bachelor's degree in business, Financial or Project Management.
