Seeking someone with a gift for customer service as well as professional demeanor. Attention to detail is extremely important. The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within a tightly controlled, state regulated system and timeline. The Gas Farm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily operations including accounting, inventory management, reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. General Responsibilities Manage accounting tasks and maintain records in Quick Books and/or Xero Track accounts receivable and commissions Prepare executive sales reports Submit sales tax information through the Oklahoma Tax website Balance dispensary drawer and prepare deposits Refill ATM and assist with inventory management Receive and track inbound product documentation Maintain waste and operational records Complete new hire paperwork and general administrative tasks Order supplies and maintain organized records during operations meetings/calls Qualifications Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Must have experience with METRC; Experience with Cannabis POS Systems is preferred Experience with Xero or accounting software preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Schedule Full Time Monday - Friday In person
