Job Description:
Habakkuk is seeking a full-time Operations Associate to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, team-first individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating order through preparation, organization, and execution. The Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting surgical case logistics, inventory movement, and operational workflows that directly impact surgeon and patient success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Process surgical usage tickets accurately and in a timely manner. Receive, organize, and track all incoming shipments and inventory. Process loaner sets, restocks, and miscellaneous inventory orders as needed. Assist with surgical setup and clean up for orthopedic procedures. Coordinate and manage shipments and delivery logistics. Complete manufacturer complaints and operational documentation. Add and manage surgical cases scheduling. Communicate inventory needs, shipment updates, and case logistics with sales reps and team members. Maintain organization and cleanliness of inventory, instrumentation, and operational spaces. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Strong time-management and multitasking abilities. Clear and proactive communication skills. Team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed. Creative and solutions-oriented problem-solving skills. Ability to follow processes while adapting quickly to changing priorities. Ability to work collaboratively with sales reps, hospital staff, and internal team members
Education and Experience:
No prior orthopedic or medical experience required. Previous operations, logistics, warehouse, medical, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn medical terminology, inventory systems, and orthopedic workflows.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift 65 pounds at times. Ability to move, transport, and organize surgical instruments and inventory.

In this. position, you'll regularly lift, lower, and move items up to 65lbs. Standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching are essential functions.
