Job DescriptionThis role provides support to the Pennsylvania Distribution Center by providing IT support to various distribution center operations. Additionally, Provides desktop support to onsite end users. The essential duties and responsibilities for the DC Operations Associate position may include the following.

Utilize AS400 and Access databases to process, print, and prepare shipping documents, special instructions, labels, reports, and other materials for operations and promotional assemblyEnter and modify system date to ensure accuracy and accessibility to documentsProvide onsite desktop support for local users including but not limited to computers/laptops, peripherals, centralized printing /copy machines, conference room equipment, RF units and other equipment as neededAs needed, function as a liaison between GIT and local users to trouble shoot, resolve issues, and install/remove programsMaintain inventory of needed suppliesMaintain User Account access and update account folder as per Internal AuditContact vendors for service and repair of computer room equipment and network printers as neededAbility to attend work regularly and in a timely mannerAble to perform work accurately and efficientlyAbility to operate a computer with Microsoft Office software and learn various programsOther responsibilities and tasks assigned by your manager or supervisorWork with DC network improvement teams on new project implementationsQualificationsAssociate's degree in computer science, business administration or a related field.

Plus 3 or more years' related experience and/or training.or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Project Management experienceAble to collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.

Able to effectively communicate verbally with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.
