Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support quality assurance activities across operations by evaluating completed work against SOPs, business rules, and related program documents. Our team is looking for someone who can deliver objective feedback, analyze trends, and help strengthen performance through coaching and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate work completed by operations agents against SOPs, WINs, business rules, and other program-related documents. Document quality assurance evaluation results across operational products and services, including benefit verification cases, patient assistance cases, software support calls or emails, inbound calls, and data entry. Coach operations agents on areas of opportunity identified during evaluations and collaborate with training on new hire, refresher, and nesting support. Support data analysis, attend meetings, escalate critical quality issues, and assist with other QA-related duties as needed.

Required:

High school education or relevant experience. 1 to 3 years of experience as a Case Manager, Benefit Verification Specialist, Contact Center agent, or in a similar role, or 1 to 3 years of prior quality control experience. Moderate Excel ability, including data validation, data entry, tables, and simple formulas. Experience with technical writing, typing, and PowerPoint. Health care experience is required, specifically in claim processing, contact center, benefit verification, or a similar industry setting. Required skills include quality assurance evaluation, benefit verification, patient assistance, software support, and data entry.
