Partners with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify and drive performance improvements
Maximize machine efficiency while supporting budgeted inventory targets
Monitor inventory levels to properly cycle molds and printers in coordination with Materials and Operations
Coordinate with approved subcontractors to utilize outsourcing when required
Collaborate with Customer Service to address order-related issues and priority changes
Provide management with capacity, utilization, and constraint visibility for assigned work centers
Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and departmental health standards
Maintain accuracy of JDE work centers and scheduling parameters Authorities Adjust production schedules to meet customer requirements, including priority changes and weekend production
Create, release, and cancel work orders in alignment with demand and capacity
Communicate committed order dates to Customer Service
Substitute parts lists as needed to optimize inventory consumption, in coordination with Materials
Maintain master data for assigned planner items
Ensure non-scheduled time is accurately captured and reported Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials coordination preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient PC and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
