In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring seamless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Duties Coordinate between kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely food delivery and service flow Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to uphold quality standards Buss tables efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Support the front of house by greeting guests, taking orders, and providing friendly assistance, phone calls and online/delivery orders Monitor food safety and handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary restrictions Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred Kitchen experience or culinary background is highly advantageous Familiarity with food preparation, serving, and food handling safety protocols Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team Customer service excellence Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
