Duties include managing client schedules, overseeing the work of caregivers, covering and assigning caregiver open shifts, supervising caregiver performance and working with other staff to ensure that client needs are met. Reliable transportation necessary. Positive attitude and good customer service skills required. Must be able to multi-task, possess good computer skills, and communication skills.
