Duties include:

managing client schedules overseeing the work of caregivers covering and assigning caregiver open shifts supervising caregiver performance working with other staff to ensure that client needs are met

Qualifications:

Experience using HHA eXchange to manage client and caregiver schedules Reliable transportation necessary Strong client service skills are necessary Must be able to multi-task Possess good computer skills Have good communication and interpersonal skills Experience with the Medicaid Waiver Program Bilingual - Spanish (required)
