This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical and administrative skills, and brings a high level of professionalism and empathy to their work. Job Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team Manage and prepare materials for annual meetings and open enrollment processes Utilize platforms such as Docusign and other internal systems to manage documentation and workflows Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks Coordinate schedules, communications, and follow-ups with clients and team members Assist with data tracking, reporting, and HR calculations as needed Qualifications Must have strong administrative and organizational skills High level of technical proficiency with systems including MS Office, Outlook, Docusign and other internal systems Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks independently Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers/calculations Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment High level of empathy and professionalism when working with clients and team members Must be able to work both independently and within team Other projects as needed
Pay:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
