THE ROLE

The Jr. Sales Representative is our Setter role and the foundation of our entire sales pipeline. Your job is to prospect, generate leads, and get qualified homeowners scheduled for a roof inspection with our closing team. No prior experience is required — we will teach you everything from the ground up. This role is specifically designed to develop motivated, hungry individuals into high-earning Closers. It starts at a $50,000 base salary. Once you develop into a Closer, your compensation becomes fully commission-based and uncapped — with top performers earning $200,000 to $350,000 or more per year. This is not just a job. This is the start of something bigger.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prospect daily through door knocking, cold calling, networking, and referrals Introduce homeowners to Dynamite Roofing and schedule roof inspections for our sales team Qualify homeowners and meet a daily metric target of Sales Qualified Leads Enter all customer information accurately into our CRM system Follow up with prospects to convert interest into scheduled appointments Represent Dynamite Roofing professionally in every homeowner interaction Attend daily team meetings and participate in all required training and coaching Build relationships in the community to generate referrals and ongoing opportunities Learn the full sales process in preparation for transitioning into the Closer role Performs other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

Field-based and in-office in Lehi, Utah — remote work not available

Requirements:

Personal vehicle and valid Utah driver's license No prior experience required — paid training and onboarding provided

CAREER PATH

Setter → Closer → Team Leader → Sales Manager → Director → VP Once you develop into a Closer, your earning potential becomes fully uncapped. Top Closers earn $200,000 to $350,000 or more per year. We promote from within — always.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Daily outdoor prospecting in residential neighborhoods Must be comfortable walking, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods Office presence required in Lehi, Utah for training and team meetings Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Must be available full-time
