This role is essential in driving business growth by generating qualified appointments through outbound communication efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in B2B sales, marketing, and business development within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities Engage potential customers through persuasive communication, emphasizing the value of our products and services Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with sales targets Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled meetings within CRM systems such as Salesforce Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective outreach strategies Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture relationships and maximize appointment conversions Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for potential clients Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques for lead generation Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking interactions and appointments Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Strong business development acumen with a focus on customer service excellence Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products/services is advantageous Proven ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue leads
