Work Flexibility:
Onsite This On-site, 2nd Shift position will be responsible for the daily management and performance of the team in the areas of quality, productivity, production planning, WIP Management, engagement, and new product implementation. What You Will Do Lead 2nd shift manufacturing operations (machining, processing, secondary ops, patient-specific production) to achieve quality, delivery, and productivity targets Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and packaging requirements; drive corrective improvements as needed Execute Daily Management and Tier meetings; track performance and drive accountability to metrics Plan staffing and manage labor (including overtime) to meet production demands Drive continuous improvement using A3, 6S, and Leader Standard Work (LSW) Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance, behavior, and engagement expectations Support quality systems by leading/assisting with non-conformances (NCs), audits, and training compliance Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management; own team development and succession readiness What You Need Bachelor's degree 6+ years of relevant experience, including manufacturing 3+ years leading teams in regulated or SOP-driven environments 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience Strong planning, communication, and performance management skills with the ability to deliver results in manufacturing or logistics environments Preferred Experience leading machining, packaging, labeling, or similar functions Medical device or other highly regulated industry experience Experience with structured problem-solving (A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone, PDCA, 8-step) and continuous improvement (6S)

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
