Verified Clinical Trials Biometrics Operations Associate Full-Time | Garden City, NY (Hybrid Remote/On-Site) About Us Verified Clinical Trials (VCT) is a technology company dedicated to the integrity of clinical research. Our platform helps prevent duplicate enrollment and protocol violations across clinical trial sites worldwide. We're a lean, remote-first team — and we're growing our Biometrics team to support our network of trial sites. The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to join our Biometrics team in a hands-on operations role based out of our Garden City, NY office. You'll be responsible for the physical lifecycle of biometric scanning devices used at clinical trial sites — from receipt and inventory through outbound deployment and return processing. This is a hybrid position comprised of in-office and remote work. Candidates must live within 10 miles of Garden City, NY. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and log incoming biometric scanners; maintain accurate inventory records Pack and ship devices to clinical trial sites per deployment instructions Create and maintain shipment records in our tracking system at time of shipping Coordinate returns, reconcile inbound shipments, and flag damaged or out-of-service units Support study closeout logistics, including multi-site recall coordination Work closely with the Biometrics team to ensure tracker data stays accurate and audit-ready Assist with installation, troubleshoot or any other correspondence pertaining to biometrics as needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you're someone who keeps things tidy and accounted for Comfort working with tracking systems and data entry; experience with inventory or logistics software is a plus Reliability and follow-through — shipments go out correctly and on time Ability to work independently in an on-site environment while staying aligned with a remote team Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred Background in healthcare, clinical research, or medical device logistics is a bonus but not required Verified Clinical Trials is an equal opportunity employer.
