00 per hour (DOE) This is an in-office position only (no remote option) About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, detail-focused, and sports-minded Department Support Specialist to become the backbone of our sales and operations coordination team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys structure, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. You'll serve as a key communication hub between Sales, Production, and Installation teams ensuring every order, schedule, and detail is handled with precision from start to finish. What You'll Do Review and validate incoming orders for accuracy, pricing, and completeness Catch and correct errors before orders move forward Ensure no incomplete or incorrect orders are processed Work closely with sales and operations teams to resolve issues quickly Manage order updates, revisions, and documentation Coordinate installation schedules and job timelines Arrange travel logistics (flights, rentals, etc.) for field teams Prepare detailed travel/job packets including work orders and specifications Coordinate lift deliveries and jobsite requirements Act as the main liaison between Sales and Production teams Communicate updates clearly and proactively across departments Resolve issues such as delays, shipment problems, and installation challenges Ensure all orders meet accuracy standards before release Identify and resolve issues before they impact operations Maintain attention to detail in high-priority and time-sensitive situations What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs Experience in sales support, administration, or project coordination preferred Sports-minded or athletics background (team-oriented mindset a plus) What Makes This Role Unique No sales quotas or commission pressure No customer acquisition responsibilities 100% focused on coordination, scheduling, and communication Hands-on training provided for systems and workflows Opportunity to grow in a stable, team-driven environment Competitive pay with room for higher compensation based on experience Join Our Team If you're detail-driven, organized, and thrive in a team environment where communication and accuracy matter, we'd love to hear from you.
