This vital role involves engaging with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless communication flow between prospects and our sales team. As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a key part in driving our company's growth by connecting with clients through outbound calls and providing exceptional customer support. This paid position offers a chance to develop your sales and customer service skills while working in a supportive, energetic environment. Duties Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and tools to generate interest and schedule appointments Maintain accurate records of all interactions using crm's and data entry systems Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously over the phone Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and client information is up-to-date Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills during all interactions Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Excellent verbal communication skills Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills
MUST BE GOOD WITH TECHNOLOGY
