Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Scheduler & Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Memphis. This role is a blend of scheduling, caregiver recruiting, and administrative coordination. You will play a critical role in ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care by aligning caregiver schedules with client needs - all while supporting our caregivers and maintaining exceptional service standards. This role requires participation in an on-call rotation outside of normal business hours. Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & EVV Management Maintain accurate, up-to-date caregiver schedules using CareBridge Ensure schedules align with service authorizations and client care plans Develop and manage 4-8 weeks of caregiver schedules Communicate daily schedule updates and resolve gaps, call-outs, and coverage needs Monitor attendance, track call-ins, and manage schedule changes in real-time Ensure uninterrupted care by proactively securing coverage Caregiver Recruiting & Onboarding Support job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination Assist with onboarding, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate Track background checks, training requirements, and compliance documentation Partner with leadership and staffing agencies to fill open roles Client & Caregiver Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families Address concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency Support caregivers with schedule changes, guidance, and communication Conduct follow-up calls and occasional home visits to ensure quality care Help create a seamless and positive client experience Administrative & Office Support Answer phones and manage incoming communications Track time and attendance in payroll/HR systems Manage time off requests, approvals, and coverage Process missed visits and maintain accurate records Draft attendance-related documentation and support HR processes Maintain office hours for employee support and meetings Team Support & Leadership Coach and mentor caregivers to support strong performance Recognize attendance and staffing trends and recommend improvements Support internal growth and development of team members Maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking For Experience:
1-2+ years in scheduling, healthcare coordination, home care, or high-level customer service (home care experience strongly preferred)Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsProblem Solver:
Thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to changesTech-Savvy:
Comfortable with scheduling software (CareBridge a plus), CRM systems, andMicrosoft Office Communication Skills:
