Join Our High-Energy, Collaborative Team at Experience Momentum Experience Momentum (EM) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support and execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring HR workflows are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with established company standards and systems. The HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting employees and managers, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience from hiring through offboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, follows processes with precision, and takes pride in keeping systems organized and running smoothly.

Hybrid/Occasional on-site work at our 3 locations (Lynnwood, Mill Creek & Seattle, WA)
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week), M•F 8AM•4PM Reports to:
Operations Manager Compensation:
$72,000•$80,000 plus benefits Core Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Execution Execute established HR workflows across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, active employment, status changes, and offboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking systems for all employees and HR processes. Ensure all required steps are completed within defined timelines and escalate any delays or gaps. Talent Acquisition & Pre-Boarding Support Coordinate recruitment logistics, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer tracking. Maintain candidate tracking systems and ensure data accuracy. Execute pre-boarding workflows upon offer acceptance, including initiating onboarding tasks and system setup. Onboarding (Provider & Non-Provider) Execute onboarding checklists for all new hires, ensuring completion of required steps prior to start date.
Support provider onboarding workflows by:
Initiating clinical providers credentialing steps (e.g., CAQH, license verification, payer enrollment tracking) Ensure all new hires are properly set up in systems, including HRIS, scheduling, and access tools. Track onboarding progress through 30•and 60-day milestones and follow up as needed. HRIS & Systems Administration (Paylocity) Maintain employee records in Paylocity, ensuring all required fields are complete and accurate.
Process updates related to:
New hires Status changes (compensation, location, role) Terminations Run standard reports and support audits to ensure data integrity. Support manager usage of Paylocity (timecards, PTO, approvals) and escalate issues when needed. Payroll & Benefits Support Prepare and validate HR inputs for payroll including status changes, and deductions.
Support benefits administration by:
Tracking eligibility Assisting with enrollment processes Responding to basic employee questions Maintain accurate tracking where systems do not automatically sync. Compliance & Documentation Maintain organized, audit-ready employee records and HR documentation. Ensure all required forms and documentation are completed and stored appropriately. Support compliance-related tracking, including leave of absence and required employment documentation. Assist with internal audits and policy updates as directed. Employee Support Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day HR questions. Provide timely and accurate responses or escalate more complex issues as needed. Support a positive and consistent employee experience through reliable follow-through. Requirements:
Qualifications Experience Associate degree in HR or Business required (Bachelor's preferred) Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or a related administrative role. Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws Experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity) strongly preferred. Technical & Operational Skills Strong ability to follow structured processes and workflows with accuracy. Comfortable working within HR systems and maintaining data integrity. Ability to run reports, track data, and manage multiple workflows simultaneously. Familiarity with basic employment practices and compliance requirements. Core Competencies High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Reliable and consistent execution; follows through on tasks to completion. Clear and professional communicator. Able to manage multiple priorities within defined systems and timelines. Comfortable asking questions and escalating when something is unclear or off-track.
