  • this is your moment. North Country is looking for an Implementation Specialist who understands the hospitality world and gets energized helping others succeed with technology. You'll be the person clients count on when they're launching or upgrading their point-of-sale system. That means configuring, training, troubleshooting, and building relationships
  • all the things that make a real difference for a busy restaurant, bar or hotel operation.
What You'll Do Configure, test, and document POS systems and software, including advanced network settings and third-party integrations Manage your installation projects from start to finish, keeping things on scope and clients happy Train clients on POS functionality in a way that actually sticks Analyze client needs by collaborating with Sales and your Implementation Manager Deliver a consistently excellent client experience
  • every time What We're Looking For Experience in the hospitality industry
  • this is your biggest advantage Working knowledge of SkyTab or similar POS platforms Comfort with technology and a knack for explaining it to others Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong communication skills
