Job Description

Wright Collective is a small philanthropic agency dedicated to advancing impactful initiatives. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and assist with the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mission-driven work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics Prepare and organize materials for various meetings, presentations, and communications as deemed necessary by CEO Track follow-ups, priorities, and action items from CEO's speaking engagements, workshops, and volunteer leadership roles Coordinate all CEO travel with Operations Specialist Administrative & Operational Support Manage email inboxes and routine correspondence Organize digital files and maintain document systems in Google drive for CEO activities only Assist with expense tracking and basic financial administration with the Operations Manager Coordinate event logistics when needed with Operations Specialist Partnerships Support Help prepare briefing materials for meetings with various partners and stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency preferred with WIX, Canva, Powerpoint, Vimeo, Asana, Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoho, and virtual meeting platforms Experience supporting nonprofit leadership or boards is a plus Experience supporting social justice causes and movements Desired Attributes Detail-oriented and highly reliable Proactive problem-solver Comfortable working in a small, remote, and collaborative environment Passion for mission-driven and philanthropic work
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
