05/06/2026 Learning Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations, logistics, and coordination of learning programs, projects, and team initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating structure and operational efficiency, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while ensuring strong attention to detail. The Learning Coordinator will partner closely with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, managers, and external vendors to support scheduling, communication, operational workflows, budgeting, compliance tracking, reporting, and program execution. This individual will help improve visibility, reduce operational friction, and ensure projects and processes move forward smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day logistics, timelines, deliverables, and follow-through across learning programs, projects, and operational initiatives. Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and administrative workflows to support efficient team operations. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting notes, action items, and follow-up communication. Support operational and administrative processes related to budgeting, invoice tracking, expense management, and financial reporting. Assist with vendor and contract coordination, including tracking documentation, approvals, agreements, deadlines, and key milestones. Support compliance-related workflows by ensuring required documentation, approvals, and reporting activities are completed accurately and on schedule. Gather, organize, maintain, and report on operational and program-related data to support visibility, planning, and continuous improvement efforts. Help improve internal coordination processes, documentation standards, and operational workflows across the team. Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to support successful program execution and operational alignment. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, administrative support, project coordination, learning support, HR support, or related functions. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, communications, and follow-up actions across cross-functional teams. Experience supporting operational workflows related to budgets, invoices, contracts, vendors, or administrative processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization. High attention to detail with strong documentation, tracking, and organizational capabilities. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and related systems. Ability to work independently in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and evolving business needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting learning, talent development, HR, employee experience, or people operations initiatives. Experience supporting compliance-related documentation, workflows, or reporting processes. Experience coordinating external vendors, contractors, or third-party partners. Interest in learning operations, program management, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement. Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
