- Medical Scheduling Specialist
Location:
- Indianapolis, IN (Shadeland Area on east side)
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Environment:
- Onsite training (4-6 weeks), then fully remote
Pay:
- $16/hr

- What You'll Do
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Follow all scheduling guidelines and departmental procedures
- Communicate appointment details clearly to patients and clinical teams
- Audit and complete electronic documentation of patient and case information
- Meet daily deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, peers, and supervisors

- Training & Work Environment
- All new hires located in the Indianapolis area will attend orientation and new hire training at the Shadeland office. After training, employees may qualify for:

- What We're Looking For
- MustHaves
- 2+ years of recent call center experience
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and remain professional under pressure
- Empathy and a patientcentered mindset
- Willingness to adapt and support multiple departments when needed

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
