Months Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandising Operations Coordinator (PLM) to support product lifecycle and transition activities within a fast-paced merchandising environment. This role plays a key part in managing SKU data, supporting product disposition processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between merchandising and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
SKU Maintenance:
Manage SKU add/delete processes and ensure all required documentation is complete Update and maintain product disposition at both brand and item levels Execute updates in systems such as POP Portal and PIM, including disposition codes and markdowns
Operational Support:
Provide day-to-day operational support for category transitions Communicate updates clearly to cross-functional teams Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
Logistics Coordination:
Initiate RTV (Return to Vendor) and DIF processes Follow up with brands and buyers to obtain RA (Return Authorization) numbers
Markdown Execution:
Implement clearance and markdown cadence as directed by buyers
Collaboration & Communication:
Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on product transitions Maintain visibility and transparency across operations
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Experience with data management systems preferred Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, SAP/SAP HANA, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-862-1203 .
