You'll be the trusted guide who: Welcomes new nonprofit partners and gets them up and running with confidence Provides hands-on training that transforms confusion into clarity Supports our Client Strategists with ongoing technical assistance for existing clients Solves technical challenges with patience and precision Celebrates alongside clients as they see their impact grow This isn't a typical support role—it's a mission-critical position where your attention to detail, love for helping others, and technical aptitude directly fuel world-changing work. What You'll Do ✅ Be the
Welcome Committee:
Lead new clients through their onboarding experience with warmth, expertise, and encouragement ✅
Teach & Empower:
Train nonprofit teams on our platform, sharing best practices and creative use cases ✅
Provide Ongoing Technical Support:
Assist Client Strategists with technical tasks for existing clients including file processing, group creation, message scheduling, and other platform functions ✅
Solve Problems:
Troubleshoot technical issues and answer questions with clarity and care ✅
Stay Organized:
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with precision and structure, organizing support cases and workflow efficiently ✅
Collaborate:
Work closely with Account Managers, Strategists, and the entire PBT team to ensure seamless client experiences from onboarding through ongoing support ✅
Keep Learning:
Stay current on software updates and help create training materials that make learning easy ✅
Communicate Effectively:
Coordinate with appropriate team members during system errors and ensure smooth handoffs between teams You're a

Have experience working with or volunteering for 501(c)(3) nonprofits (churches, humanitarian organizations, rescue missions, educational institutions, etc.) Thrive in customer service or helping roles—you genuinely love seeing others succeed Are proficient in MS Word and Excel Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversation Crave structure and precision in your work Can manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
