Service calls, remodel schedules, and rehab projects all overlap daily. This role starts part-time with the clear expectation of growing into a full-time operations role as the company scales. If you are looking for slow-paced, predictable office work, this is not it. If you perform well in fast-changing, real-world operations and want to grow into a key leadership role, continue. This Role Owns Daily Operations (Within Service Work First) Initially, you will focus on service operations (plumbing and maintenance work) , with expansion into remodel and rehab coordination as the role grows.
You will be responsible for:
Scheduling and dispatching service crews Managing real-time schedule changes Handling incoming customer calls, texts, and coordination Tracking jobs from start → completion → invoicing Ensuring no jobs or customer requests fall through gaps Keeping communication clear between field and office As the company grows, this role expands into full operational control across service, remodels, and rehab projects.
This Role Requires Someone Who Can Operate Like This:
Make real-time decisions without waiting for direction Manage changing schedules without losing control of details Coordinate multiple active jobs at once Stay calm and clear when plans shift (they will) Communicate directly and effectively under pressure Take ownership of outcomes—not just tasks If you need step-by-step instruction for daily work, this role is not a fit. Non-Negotiable Expectations We are NOT looking for someone who: only performs basic admin tasks avoids phone communication or customer interaction struggles when schedules change needs constant supervision is uncomfortable working in a fast-moving environment This role requires independent operational judgment. What Success Looks Like Service schedule stays organized and adaptable Crews always know where they need to be Customers are proactively updated and informed Jobs move smoothly from start → finish The owner is removed from daily scheduling and coordination Compensation & Growth Part-time to start (with clear path to full-time) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off (once full-time) Performance-based bonuses Significant growth opportunity as the company scales
Daily Reality Morning:
adjust schedule based on real-world changes
Midday:
dispatch, customer communication, job coordination
Afternoon:
updates, invoicing, and closeouts End of day: prepare and organize tomorrow's schedule Plans will change during the day. Flexibility is required.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
