Our wardrobe of scents romanticize and elevate every occasion; work , exercise, sitting by a fire or a night out with that special someone. Partnered with IFF, one of the world's leading fragrance houses, Studio Rose, launches late June.

@studiorosejuliarose Role Description This is a part-time hybrid Operations Specialist role located in New York City anticipated to develop into a full time role. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency in workflows, and supporting various projects. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, coordinating with vendors, supply chain, and the founder, contributing to sales and inventory strategies, and assisting in project planning and execution. Responsibilities Manage Shopify backend Set up and run Klaviyo (flows + campaigns) Track payments, A/P, weekly cash Build and maintain perfomrance dashboard Inventory Help coordinate suppliers Set up and Manage amazon account Set up and manage Tik Tok Shop What we are looking for Enjoy working with young, creative, and driven team Experience with Shopify Comfortable with basic analytics tools Detail oriented Looking to take on responsibility in a growing organization Comfort with learning and deploying software applications Compensation ~$40 hr. ~20 hours a week Goal is to transition to full time if there is a fit To apply Send relevant experience, brands/projects, etc Strong academic experience preferred Direct experience not required
